Office refurbishments planned for 2019

As the availability rate for grade A office space in Cambridge remains very low - below 4% - landlords are focussing on refurbishment opportunities where possible. Juniper is pleased to be involved in 2 new projects for 2019, having been instructed by Aberdeen Standard Investments at Castle Park and by CBRE Global Investors at Cambridge Science Park.

Both refurbishment programmes will include new M&E services, new entrance halls and a refit of central services such as wcs and showers. Abacus House at Castle Park will provide over 15,000 sq ft of offices over 3 floors, while Building 296 on the Science Park comprises 2 floors totalling 16,545 sq ft.
