Juniper markets lab space at Granta Park

Pfizer Ltd has appointed Juniper as joint agents with CBRE to market surplus laboratory space at The Portway Building at Granta Park, following the decision to close the Neusentis facility. The accommodation totals 44,540 sq ft and comprises a mix of fitted labs with write up areas, a fallow wing currently used for storage, a basement suite and an office/admin block with meeting and conference rooms.

Fitted lab space is a scarce resource in Cambridge and we are delighted to be working with Pfizer to achieve a smooth exit and reduce their property costs.
