Cambridge scoops BCO Property Awards

The May BCO Midlands & East Anglia regional property awards were dominated by winners from our local region, scooping four out of the top five awards. 22 Station Road in Cambridge, part of CB1 and where Juniper has advised the owner, Tesco Pension Investment, was awarded Best Commercial Workplace. 51 Hills Road won Best Project up  to 2,000 sq m.

Further afield in Norfolk, the Enterprise Centre at University of East Anglia in Norwich picked up Best Corporate Workplace, while Holkham Studios on the north Norfolk coast was awarded Best Refurbished & Recycled Workplace.
