Cambridge law firm secures new offices

The recent merger between Cambridge based Matthews Winter Bullock and the Bedford firm Woodfines ( , gave rise to the new practice needing larger and more prominent offices in the city.

The firm appointed Juniper Real Estate who sourced space in Botanic House, one of Cambridge's most high profile buildings at the junction of Station Road and Hills Road.

Chris Wingfield, partner at WWB commented: "Having been based in premises on Mill Road for 10 years, our brief to Juniper was to raise our profile yet stay in touch with our existing client base, many of whom live in the city and value the ability to drop in to the office at any time. It made sense to be closer to the rail station and the new offices also have more extensive parking. We are extremely grateful to Juniper for securing this office and look forward to moving in later this year. The newly merged practice will provide an extensive range of legal services and this address will put us firmly on the map"
