IQ Cambridge:
Formerly Cambridge Research Park, a 112 acre Park with development potential for up to 600,000 sq ft. Both Mike & Jamie have provided development consultancy and sales and letting advice, initially to Segro and currently for agency disposals on existing high quality offices on behalf of Threadneedle.
Cambridge Science Park:
Jamie headed the marketing and letting team for Europe's premier research campus, handling a wide spectrum of transactions, ranging from lettings of older first generation space to start ups, to the marketing of 101 CSP, the 80,000 sq ft flagship development at the front of the Park.
On the occupier side, Mike has acted for Broadcom and AstraZeneca in advising and acquiring over 60,000 sq ft of specialist laboratory and office accommodation on the Park.

Capital Park, Cambridge:
A 40 acre, 260,000 sq ft office campus, where Mike provided Capital & Counties with design and development consultancy advice for a range of new office buildings, followed by a comprehensive marketing and letting programme.
Arlington Business Park, Stevenage:
Juniper is currently providing development and preletting advice to Howard Property Group on a strategic "gateway" site with outline planning consent for 50,000 sq ft B1.
Hatfield Business Park:
Mike was involved for over 10 years in providing master planning and development consultancy input to Goodman, the UK's leading business park developer, for arguably Europe’s biggest mixed use campus development. Culminating in the 290,000 sq ft freehold turnkey to Japanese pharmaceutical company, Eisai Ltd, which completed in early 2009.
Butterfield, Luton:
Master planning and development consultancy to Easter Group and landowners, the Crown Estate, for a 90 acre, 1m sq ft business and technology park. Marketing and letting of a 90,000 sq ft bespoke unit for MTL and a 55,000 sq ft office phase, which features an innovative earth duct cooling system, the first time this has been introduced to speculative development in the UK.
