Jamie Green is a Chartered Surveyor and RICS member with over 15 years experience within the commercial agency arena. Having worked in Kent, London and now settled in Cambridge, he has an extensive track record in assisting occupiers and investors to find and acquire suitable business premises. He specialises in the office, industrial and laboratory/research sectors and works with a wide team of consultants to provide a comprehensive package to occupiers seeking to move. Former clients include Symbian, AOL, Comdisco and WAR.

Mike Ayton, a Chartered Surveyor and RICS member, spent over 25 years with CBRE, the world's largest commercial property consultancy. During his time there he rose to senior director level and worked within the agency and development teams and headed the UK Business Parks team. Much of his career has been focussed on the northern M25, Herts, Essex and Cambridge markets where he handled office, research, hotel and industrial instructions. Key clients include Goodman, Easter Developments, Threadneedle and Ashwell. Mike lives close to Royston in Hertfordshire.
